Ingredients: 1 cup water 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt 15 to 20 Hawaiian chili peppers, sliced (may substitute with different chili peppers) 2 cloves garlic, sliced 3 (1/4-inch thick) ginger slices Dash shoyu Dash Worcestershire sauce Directions: Add ingredients to a small pan and bring to a quick boil. 1 1/2 cup fresh green beans, trim ends and snap into 2 or 3" pieces (match carrot length) 1 lb. Let cool and add a dash of shoyu if you like that extra saltiness. Commonly served with meals in Hawaii, but it can also be used as a mixer with other drinks like vodka or rum.
